Payment

Payment via Paypal is due in full at time of order. Paypal accepts credit card and debit card payments without requiring an account.

Shipping

Each bag is hand made to order with a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks from cleared payment. Bags are shipped insured via USPS Priority/Priority International.

Expect 1-3 business days for delivery in the US and 6-11 business days for delivery outside of the US.

I am not responsible for taxes and duties that may incur.

All international orders are marked "Merchandise".

Please check your customs policies to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your bag, you may return it within 3 days of its delivery for refund of the listing price less 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are covered both ways by customer. Item must be shipped with tracking confirmation and an email with the tracking must be sent to me within 3 days of receiving the item.

Discounted and sale items are final sales and nonreturnable.

All bags are meticulously inspected before shipment; please message me the day of delivery if you find flaws when you receive the bag. We can work something out!!

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE PURCHASE:

- Read dimensions carefully to ensure the product works for you.

- Note that colors vary from monitor to monitor setting. If you would like a swatch of a particular leather, please contact me with your name and address and a swatch will be mailed to you!

Local Pick-Up

Because I do not have a store front in Pittsburgh, PA, I do not arrange for local pick-up.

Fortunately, items shipping to and around Pittsburgh are usually delivered within ONE business day!

Custom Orders

If you love a particular bag style but would like it in a different leather color that is available in another style, contact me! If the leather is available for the style you like, I'll gladly set up a custom listing for your purchase. However, I cannot accommodate requests to modify the dimensions or designs of my bags.
