Payment

Payment is due in full upon checkout.  Payment methods include direct checkout through my website and Paypal.  Paypal accepts credit card and debit card payments without requiring an account. 

Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.


Shipping

Made to Order bags ship within the turnaround timeframe at the top of the page.  Ready to Ship/Sale bags ship in 3-5 days.  You will receive an email after you place your order with an exact date that your bag will be completed and shipped, and I will email you when your bag ships with the tracking number for your order.  If you need your bag for an upcoming trip or occasion, message me with the bag style (and customizations if you're ordering a Custom bag) for an estimated ship date!

Bags are shipped via USPS or UPS with insurance and tracking.

Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery within the US and 7-14 business days for delivery outside of the US. 

Items are shipped to your shipping address given upon order.

NOTE: I am not responsible for import taxes and duties that may incur for international orders.  All international orders are marked "Merchandise".  Please check your customs policies to ensure safe delivery.

 

Returns

Custom, Discounted, Sale, and Monogrammed items are FINAL sales and not eligible for return or exchange!

Full-priced "Classic Collection" bags can be returned or exchanged when contacted within THREE (3) days of its delivery for refund less shipping fees I paid to ship the bag to you.  See below for details for return.

Shipping charges are covered both ways by customer.  Item must be shipped in a hard box (preferably the original box and packaging) with insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure a safe delivery. The delivery confirmation number must be sent to me within THREE (3) days of its delivery date, and be in the exact condition it was received in order for me to accept the return and proceed with a refund. If the bag is found to be used and not resalable, it will be returned to the customer upon the customer's expense.   

All bags are meticulously inspected while I make them and before shipment; please message me the day of delivery if you find any issues when you receive the bag so that I may make things right for you. 

Before You Purchase!

  • Dimensions:  Read dimensions carefully to ensure the product works for you.
  • Color:  Note that colors vary from monitor to monitor settings and this is the nature of buying from an online business. If you would like a leather or fabric swatch, place your order here
  • Leather Types:  All my leather bags are made with premium full-grain, aniline, and semi-aniline genuine cowskin leather, typically used in high-end upholstery. Do note that because these leathers are minimally processed leathers (they are not corrected), they retain the beautiful natural markings in the cow hide before tanning like branding, scars, bite marks, fat wrinkles, etc. While I try to place these natural markings on the back, bottom, and discrete places around the bag, I do not throw away all of these parts unless they compromise the structural integrity of the bag because I believe in minimizing waste and using the entire animal. These "blemishes" add character to each bag and also is the signature to a leather lover that it's high-quality genuine leather!

Custom Orders

If you love a particular bag style but would like it in a different leather/fabric/canvas color, modify the closure type, change the hardware color, or add a monogram, you can custom make it in my Custom Bag Collection

NOTE: I CANNOT accommodate requests to changes to the structure of the bag, meaning any modification that might compromise the structural integrity of the bag.  Examples of modifications I cannot accommodate: dimensional changes, lining material, hardware type.  I engineer my bags with particular specifications with tested materials, so I cannot guarantee the quality of the bag if there are changes to the structure of the bag.  Thank you for understanding!

Because I do not have a storefront, I do not arrange for local pick-up.
